We know that our clients time is valuable and not everyone's needs are the same, so to better accommodate all of our clients at all seasons of life, we offer two different types of experiences! Our luxury experience is for those that want to display their portraits in their home and want the very best customer service and custom curating possible! And for the busier seasons of life when you just want to beautifully preserve precious memories and share them with friends and family, we also offer digital only packages!

Luxury Portrait Experience

Custom Session: $690 includes a $500 image credit
Mini Session:  $390 includes a $250 image credit

Individual portraits start at $125 for 1 digital image and print
Portrait packages start at $890 for 8 digital images and prints

We start our luxury portrait sessions with a design and concept consultation in the comfort of your own home.  This is where we will get a feel for your family's style and personality.  While in your home, our photographer Erica will help you with clothing coordination and consult with you about where you might display your finished art.  Oftentimes, we will coordinate the session with a specific area in your home so that it is essentially designed for the space making it fit in seamlessly to your décor. There is nothing like a family portrait that truly “belongs” where it is displayed!

As part of our full-service experience, we'll create a custom portrait session styling guide for each session. This includes a custom wardrobe styling guide tailored to fit your session goals and perfectly coordinated for every member of the family we'll be photographing. You can use this guide to see what options we have available for use in our studio client closet, purchase items directly from our recommendation lists, or simply use the suggestions as inspiration to shop elsewhere or pull from your own closet. 

On the day of your session, we offer complimentary makeup artistry and simple hair styling for the women in the family so you can feel amazing when it's your turn in front of the camera.  Here at the studio, we have a private dressing area and diaper changing station for your comfort along with beverages and snacks. It is a very cozy space and parents take great joy in sitting back and watching us work. We want the session to be fun, relaxing and easy for everyone while at the same time providing images that touch your heart. Please know that when you commission us, your family legacy will be recorded with the utmost creativity, consistency and professionalism.

Session fees cover:
1. In home Design and Concept planning consultation.
2. Portrait session styling and wardrobe guide custom tailored for your family.
3. Professional Make-Up services and simple hair styling. 
4. The portrait session itself. (1-3 hours depending on the type of session)
5. Enhancing of your images into works of art.
6. In-person ordering appointment to help you select the images that will work best for your needs.
7. Image credit:  $500 for custom sessions, $250 for mini sessions

Either immediately after your session or 1-2 weeks after your session if preferred, your in-person viewing, and ordering appointment will take place in the studio. We project your images in a slideshow on our color calibrated TV screen. It’s a lot of fun and is the highlight of your experience with us!  We do not offer online galleries, but we are happy to accommodate clients who are unable to return to the studio with a same day or virtual order appointment.  

We offer several A La Carte options to invest in fine art pieces and digital files. Total investment varies depending on how many images you choose and how you plan to display them. 

To book a session, the session fee and a signed agreement is required in advance to reserve your time. That will formally get you on our calendar and then we can schedule your design and concept consultation.  

Digital Only Experience

While we absolutely adore pampering our clients and designing custom artwork, we also understand that life can get really busy, and families don't always have the time for the full experience. We can definitely relate! So, for those seasons of life when you just want a portrait session to preserve your precious memories and share them with friends and family, a digital only experience might be a good fit! This experience does not include the style and design consultation, although we will do some planning over the phone or through email and create a custom style guide for you. Ordering sessions are also done through digital galleries with this experience.
